Crimson Cove is a family owned and operated producer of smoked salmon, cheeses, nuts, and oils created in true Pacific Northwest style. We are located in the picturesque town of Poulsbo on the beautiful Kitsap Peninsula in Washington State. We not only work as a family, but we spend time together on the boat and in the kitchen cooking up seafood feasts. Crimson Cove is our way of sharing our love

It is with a heavy heart that we announce the closure of the Crimson Cove Store located in Downtown Poulsbo at the end of this month. Despite our best efforts, the challenges posed by the current economic conditions have made it unwise to continue operations.
