We are a family owned and operated meat processor and sausage shoppe with a long local history in Poynette. My family and I work hard to carry on the traditions and beloved recipes of Grandpa Dave Gehin, the original D&G owner.

Our facility is State inspected. We process most wild game and livestock, offering mobile slaughtering services.

During the hunting season we are all hands on deck and happy to help make the most out of your hunt with custom orders and packages available.

We are proud participants of the Wisconsin Deer Donation Program helping stock the local food pantries and feeding families in need.
