We really didn’t want to cancel tonight’s market 💔🌧️

But with rain moving in, we’ve made the difficult decision to cancel tonight’s Prairie du Chien Thursday Night Farmers Market

We know how much effort vendors and musician's put in and how much the community looks forward to Thursdays, which makes this so hard 😔

Please support our amazing vendors and musician's when you can ❤️—buy their bread, veggies, honey, flowers, and handmade goods. Support their music when they are around town.

We’ll miss you tonight. Stay dry, stay safe, and see you next Thursday 🌧️➡️☀️

We are SUPER EXCITED to welcome Neil Knutson as this week's musical guest! Every week at the Market there's something fresh and new including seasonal produce, holistic products, baked goods, jams, sauces, popcorn, arts and wares, jewelry, decor, ... and of course MUSIC! 4-7pm each Thursday on the beautiful riverfront.

We can't thank our incredible local growers enough for filling our market tables with the freshest, most delicious produce. Our Neighborhood Harvest is off to an amazing start, and it's all because of this wonderful community.
If your garden is overflowing with extra veggies, we'd love to help share the abundance!

I'd say making Sarah's Threads Sara's Thread & Bread Sourdough Pancake Mix is so easy two 9-year-olds can do it... and they did! 😂🥞
Now, did they also learn the difference between cooking oil and balsamic vinegar? Also yes. Let's just say there was a brief moment where breakfast almost turned into a salad.
Thankfully, the pancakes survived, everyone learned something new, and we had a whole lot of laughs along the way.

Sometimes the best ingredient is a little chaos! 🥞

✨ Market Night is here! ✨
There's no better place to spend a summer evening than at the market! Wander through local vendors, enjoy the community, and don't leave without stopping for Pies a pie. From rhubarb, blueberry, apple, peach, and so many more, there's a homemade pie waiting with your name on it.

While you're there, be sure to grab a raffle ticket for the beautiful NorthEast Iowa Quilt Guild raffle quilt! Tickets are 1 for $5 or 5 for $20, with the drawing taking place at the end of the Under the Stars Quilt Show on October 18.

There is something magical about market nights.
The sun hangs a little lower, the music drifts a little farther, and for a few precious hours, life slows down. Neighbors become friends, children laugh with sticky hands, local hands share what they've grown and created, and strangers leave feeling like family.
It's never just about shopping. It's about conversations that linger, familiar faces, supporting dreams, and building a community one Thursday evening at a time.
Thank you to every vendor, volunteer, musician, and every person who chooses to spend a little piece of their evening with us. You are what makes these market nights so special.
