If you have purchased pickles or jams with us at the Farmers Market of Prairie du Rocher we will do a $1.00 discount on returned quart and pint jars with lids. We marked up our jars this week to compensate for increased cost of canning supplies, and realized that was not a popular move, but we want to change that. We are hoping that doing this reuse program, we can reduce prices back to $8.00 for the next market, and $7.00 for those who return jars. Let us know your thoughts.

Hey Ya'll come on down to the Prairie Du Rocher Farmers Market!! We've got veggies, melons, onions baked good x 2 vendors!! , jams, jellies, herbs, balms, pickles, open root tomatoes, open root Lemon Balm, salsa seasoning, cantaloupe, spices, lemon trees, and much much more!!

This Thursday at the Prairie Du Rocher Farmers Market.

Super exciting news!!!

New comer Kellie Hoock a licensed Cottage Food baker will be setup at the Market and she will be selling a wide variety of baked goods such as loaf bread, English muffins, scones, bagels, and possibly a couple muffins too! 🍰🧁🎂😍

Wycke'D Sass'E Hobby Farm a serv safe trained local market operator will be selling packaged and bottled herbs, spices and seasonings, all grown, packaged and sealed here in town, as well as gem containers of fresh herbs all grown here in Prairie du Rocher in one of our greenhouses or gardens!🌶🥒🥕 don't be fooled by the professional packaging, this is not a resale at all. These spices are harvested, dried, combined, powdered, and packaged all on our 1 Acre micro farm.

We fully expect to see our regular sellers too like Mr. Norman Roberts

** The following week we will have another cottage foods baker coming out Ms. Christina Lansche which I'm super stoked about.🎂🧁🍰

So Thrusday from 330 to 6pm or until the last neighbor is served we will be out there. Definitely come see us.

***There is some movement to do Saturdays as well. Is this something folks would be interested in?
