A question I get asked a lot...

Our organic sourdough loaves take TWO DAYS to make. Right now, the schedule is...

I feed the starter Sunday nights, make dough Monday morning, shape Monday evening, cold Proof over night, make more dough Tuesday morning and shape Tuesday nights along with baking Tuesday nights into Wednesday mornings.
And somewhere in there where baking cookies Tuesdays and Thursdays!

If you lost track, that's okay, I did too 🙃 just know it's all baked fresh with real and organic ingredients, slow fermentation; the old fashion way 🫶🏽
