One thing better than receiving awards is giving them!

We had the pleasure of awarding the Hawk Nest BBQ competition. 24 high school teams competed in 4 categories including ribs, chicken, fajita, kabobs and Texas Twinkies.

When the smoke settled San Isidro came out on top for the second year in a row. They will represent the valley when they head up to nationals in April. 💪🏼👏🏻

Congratulations to all the teams who heard their names called and everyone participating. This sport isn’t easy and it’s amazing to see the younger generation have such a passion for BBQ. 🔥
