CASHEW BUTTER STUFFED DATES 🥰 // was craving a sweet little treat we got you covered!
slice and pit organic dates
stuff with natural cashew butter
drizzle with melted dark chocolate
sprinkle with paleo chocolate granola
freeze for 30mins or until firm

Chocolate Date Brownie
Made with almond flour and absolute 0% added sugar. Check the recipe below:
Ingredients :
⚡️A bunch of dates about 12oz
⚡️Chocolate chunks
⚡️1 cup Almond flour
⚡️2eggs
⚡️1 teaspoon Baking soda
⚡️2/3 cup Cacao powder
⚡️1-2 spoons coconut oil
⚡️2spoons of vanilla extract.
⚡️A pinch of salt
Recipe :
⚡️Break and whisk the eggs in a bowl, add coconut oil to it and also add in vanilla extract and cacao powder and mix well.
⚡️In another bowl, throw in some dates and pour hot water over and wait for 15mins. This makes the dates soft. You can use the same water and blend the dates into a paste.
⚡️Add this paste to the bowl, also add almond flour, baking soda , a pinch of salt and whisk/mix well.
⚡️Wait for some 10-15 mins. Pour the batter into an oven container. Sprinkle some chocolate chunks on the top.
Bake for 40-45 mins on 375F or until well done. Allow to cool. Cut and enjoy ❤️
