The Senior Farmers Market Nutrition Program will be at the THIS THURSDAY helping eligible seniors sign up for vouchers to purchase locally grown fruits 🍎, vegetables 🥕 and herbs 🌿 at the market!

THANK YOU 🙏 to the Shade Tree Commission for making this wonderful giveaway possible! And for saving me one of each tree while I was busy running around keeping the market going all day! 😅

I can’t wait to get these little guys planted 🪏 in my yard! They’re already making friends and blending right in with the canopy! 🪴🌲🌳

We had so much fun with this and such an amazing response from the community that we think this might have to become an annual tradition! 🌱🗓️

NATIVE TREE GIVEAWAY! 🌳 We’re excited to welcome the Princeton Shade Tree Commission to the market on MAY 7TH for a special NATIVE TREE GIVEAWAY! We’re on a mission to get 200 native trees planted across the community this spring and you can be part of it! 💚

Swing by the market, pick up your FREE NATIVE TREE 🌳 and give it a home in your yard! It’s a small act that makes a BIG impact! 🌎

WHY PLANT MORE TREES IN YOUR YARD?
🌱 Trees provide habitat, food and protection for wildlife!

🍁 Black Gum – Showy red fall foliage! Thrives in full sun, part sun and part shade and is drought and wet soil tolerant! 50-60 feet tall, 20-30 feet wide!
🌼 Sweet Birch – Fast growing with bright golden fall color! Thrives in full sun to part shade and with well drained moist soil! Can also tolerate deer well! 40-75 feet tall, 35-40 feet wide!
