Welcome, June! ☀️ The arrival of the sixth month of the year means summer is only a few weeks away!
The month of June may have been named after Juno, the ancient Roman goddess of marriage and childbirth. And the month of June is still a popular month for weddings today!
There's another theory that the origins of “June” came from the Latin juvenis, or “young people,” who were celebrated at this time.
However June got its name, we can look forward to several festive holidays this month, including World Environment Day (June 5), Flag Day on June 14, Father's Day (June 21), and Midsummer on June 24, among others.
