In the kitchen today - Homemade Italian Sausage and 3 Cheese Lasagna with Fresh Herbs and Homemade Red Sauce, Chopped Italian Salad loaded with fresh veggies and chickpeas and homemade baguettes! The colder weather and abundance of tomatoes and herbs has me inspired :)

In the kitchen today: Spinach & Arugula Salad with Keta Salmon Steaks, Nectarine, Avocado, Macadamia, Mango-Ginger Cheese & Ginger-Lime Viniagrette! I also have dough rising and sauce bubbling for mini pizzas 2 ways! Margherita style & Sausage and Peppers. Busy busy day!

In the kitchen today: Orange, ginger and sesame glazed chicken legs with stir-fried baby bok choy, purple green beans & rainbow carrots served with jasmine rice!

In the kitchen today: Grilled chicken burgers basted with homemade mango bbq sauce topped with provolone and crispy onion strings, kohlrabi home fries & kohlrabi-apple "coleslaw" with a maple lemon dressing!

In the kitchen today: Tequila/Lime Chicken with homemade chipotle black beans, guac & Elote. Also making grilled maple & balsamic glazed pork chops and peaches with basil and grana padano stuffed patty pan squash! Busy busy but excited & inspired by the abundance of beautiful local foods I bought at the farmers market yesterday :)
