The CreamTeam™️ has been postponed for this Saturday but I wanted to thank you all for a huge weekend so far and we appreciate all the kind words and congratulations in regard to our award win this week. The team works SO hard to make sure every aspect of this shop is always 100% consistent even when we have 12 tickets in the window with 4 sandwiches on each one. We want to ride this wave into a potential win in the VegNews best deli in the USA in their Restaurant Awards which you need to vote in! Voting closes on July 31st. Hey everyone! We are back from vacation Tuesday and happy to be back. We all had a great vacation especially Rich who was able to take a little trip to the mountains of New York and have a nice few days of snacks, cake, bbq and rest.

The first slide is from the update email we sent out yesterday covering a few topics from the lettuce situation, the VegNews awards and we now have an official catering program!

We are also still figuring out the back of house hiring situation. Rich is still sorting things out and will sort that out asap. If you’re waiting for an email, it’s still going to be a little bit.

After adjusting our recipes and using an advanced calculator with all this math ( Rich hates math. But he suffered for you with this one) we have an updated and improved and more accurate nutrition guide for our seitan slices. ALL NUMBERS ARE APPROXIMATE AND THIS IS JUST A GUIDELINE FOR OUR PRODUCT.
3.5 ounces = 4 standard slices of seitan.

Sham and Korned beef contain more sugar than Firestorm, Italian, Pepperoni and Turkey as those contain zero added sugar.

variables are : size of slice, width of slice and depending on who is making sandwiches that day we may feel generous and add an extra slice or two. However we stick to a specific method of small sandwiches get 5 slices and larges get 12. So you can do more math if you want on that. Hope this is helpful! This is also posted on our website in the main menu section under “ nutritional information, freshness etc” tab.
