The VEGGIE VALET is here!

1. BORROW A WAGON: We provide the wagon, and they are FREE to use! Pick one up at our booth on the south side of the market.

2. SHOP & DROP: Borrow a Wagon at our Booth. Fill your wagon with local goods! When you're finished shopping, leave the full wagon with us at the Veggie Valet booth.

3. PULL UP: Enjoy an easy walk to your vehicle. Drive around to our reserved Veggie Valet Loading Zone at the curb.

4. PICKUP: Pull in, show us your stub from the window, and pop your trunk and load!

Looking for the perfect light lunch or side dish for your next Utah Valley BBQ? We’ve got you covered with this healthy and refreshing summer salad featuring sweet berries, creamy goat cheese, and local farm greens sourced right here in Utah!

Get our entire SEASONAL recipe book in person at the Provo Farmers Market in downtown Provo every Saturday for just $15. All funds go directly to supporting our amazing local Utah farmers!

🥗 THE RECIPE (Serves 4):
7 cups mixed greens
2 ¼ - 2 ½ cups mixed berries (blueberries, raspberries, strawberries)
¼ cup goat cheese (or feta)
¼ cup crunchy nutty topping (sunflower seeds, pecans, walnuts)
1 cup of your favorite dressing (raspberry vinaigrette or poppyseed)
1️⃣ Wash and dry salad greens and combine them in a large bowl.
2️⃣ Add in berries, goat cheese, and your crunchy topping.
3️⃣ Drizzle your desired amount of dressing over the salad.
4️⃣ Enjoy!
