🍁 Contestant #7 went straight for FALL COMFORT FOOD! 🍁

🥩 Tender short ribs glazed with a rich plum hoisin gravy demi-glace, served with creamy mashed potatoes.

🥗 On the side — a fresh lettuce, tomato & cucumber salad topped with fried sweet potatoes and tossed in a homemade banana balsamic dressing! 🤯

Talk about taking those mystery ingredients in a completely different direction! 👏🔥

🍯 Finished with a drizzle of orange blossom honey

🍋 Fresh lemon bringing it all together!

They took ALL FIVE mystery ingredients — banana, mango, plum, tomato & lemon — and turned them into the perfect tropical send-off to summer! 🌅

Contestants Pete Slatter & Chris Slatter brought the tropical vibes with this one! 🔥

Crispy corn tostadas layered with avocado-lemon crema and jerk-seasoned chicken, topped with a fresh mango, plum & tomato salsa, Cotija and cilantro.

And that finish?! 🤤 A sweet & spicy banana-jerk glaze made with honey, ginger, garlic and lemon!
