Sweet Leaps and Bounds

Sweet Leaps and Bounds Accommodations for Gluten Free and Lactose Free people who have a sweet tooth. I do not currently have a menu as I bake to a customers specifications.

I just simply wanted to start a small company that can accommodate people who are Gluten and Lactose free that would love to enjoy cupcakes and cakes that look and taste great! I can accommodate to most dietary restrictions/allergies so if there is anything specific you would like to ask about please let me know. This is an in-home business so please give me a call or send an email to set up an ap

pointment or consultation or simply to ask questions. I have a wide variety of creations I have made so please let me know if I will need to brain storm or if you have an idea of something you would like. :)

*I am currently working with a gluten free flour mixture that includes garbanzo bean, potato, tapioca, sweet white sorghum, fava bean, coconut, and brown rice flours. If you are allergic to any of these PLEASE let me know so I can accommodate you and find a flour that works with your needs. I will do everything in my power to create a dessert that you can enjoy 100%!

Oh my, it's been awhile! How is everyone doing?

Ok, so I have a bit of an update. First of all I haven't been baking a lot, main reason being that I haven't received any orders and the second reason being that when I do bake stuff I also eat the stuff. :)

Starting next week I will be going back to the school scene. It's only 2 nights a week but I will also be working both my jobs that I currently have.
Unfortunately I will no longer be able to handle "last minute" orders from customers.

Also, near November (not sure of an exact date yet) I will be moving to Pittsburgh. I will still take orders in Punxsutawney area but will not be able to do last minute orders. I will hopefully have a full-time job down there and I won't be able to be home a lot of the time.

If you do wish to make an order with me please give me AT LEAST a 2 week notice as to when you'll need them.

If you have any questions please let me know.

New flavor coming out of the kitchen, starting tonight and ending tomorrow. For mix celebration of Memorial Day and my boyfriends birthday I'm making Vanilla and macadamia with coconut butter cream frosting and mango compote. :)
