We are now open Tuesday through Sunday, 10am-5pm. We are fully stocked with delicious spring greens!

We are busy cleaning up the stand getting ready for our opening on May 16th! We are doing a deep cleaning and Petra is rocking it :D

We look forward to seeing everyone this season.

Winter CSA goodies make an excellent salad. The bok choy and (look how beautiful it is!!) tatsoi go excellent with ramen as well.

We have a plethora of pickling cukes available! They look amazing.
Here is a very simple refrigerator dill pickle recipe that I have been using for many years... You can adjust any ingredient to personal taste.

We would love to bid a fond farewell to The Restaurant at Patowmack Farm.
They were one of the pioneers of true farm to table restaurants in our area. Throughout the years, the food and service have always been excellent and they will be missed.

We are in peak season here at Potomac Vegetable farms! We are open from Tuesday through Sunday, 10:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m.

We are restocked with cheeses from Georges Mill Farm Artisan Cheese! We now have their cheeses available at our Wheatland as well as our Vienna farm store. It doesn't get fresher than this.
Here's a fantastic recipe, one of my summer favorites that uses peak seasonal ingredients that we have available - corn, cherry tomatoes, green onions/scallions, thyme, basil and now feta from George's Mill.

Free Summer Classes for kids and adults: This Tuesday is ZINELAB. Potomac Vegetable Farms has a great summer skill share program for anyone who wants to go. It is free, just bring a dish to share, have some fun, and meet people from this great community. Every 2 weeks, Tuesdays from 5:30-7:30 at Potomac Vegetable Farms (the corner of Berlin Turnpike and John Wolford Rd). July 29th is "Zinelab", August 12 is "Backyard Composting", and August 26 is "Carpentry".
