Hey Spark drivers how's everyone today! About to get ready to go Spark. Question: who is tipping the walmart ppl who load our vehicles? And do you think we should? And do you think it will help?

So I had 2 orders from.this past weekend where the tip was completely taken back. This infuriates me bc I know I did my job to the fullest. I make sure I msg the cust when I'm on my way. I msg them when I arrive. I follow all cust. Notes to the T. I set their groceries nice and neatly standing up all liquids. One of these cust. In particular waved at me through the window smiling n i waved back. Not to mention, they lived in one of the richest communities around Hattiesburg and yet they take their 9.08 tip back and leave me 0.00. I don't get to know why? I don't get to find out if it was really them or walmart. I'm so tempted to go back to that house and ask them why? It's so unfair.

I really enjoyed it and the pay WAS pretty good. THAT WAS UNTIL WALMART GOT GREEDY! Now instead of giving one order to us Walmart ia trying to not double up, not triple up, but give orders with 5, 7, and 9 different orders in one trip. They call these "Batched Orders" and get this they only count for one delivery. Why does that matter? Well we delivery drivers have incentive programs that give us a bonus for a certain number of trips during a specific time frame. So when Walmart gives us an order with 5,7, or 9 orders in one that counts as one trip! Please explain the logic behind this. The pay for these orders is not even enough to pay for the gas much less the wear and tear. As if this wasn't enough there have been numerous orders I've delivered that was one single item example hair scrunchies or a single box of Welch's fruit gummies! Why in the world would Walmart allow ppl to order one item and also allow the customer to not tip! We delivery drivers make up for the low pay from Walmart with our tips from customers. If I'm shopping for your items, loading them in my car, delivering them to your front door sometimes even inside, I think it's fair to say we deserve tips. Most of my customers have been great and tip amazing! Then there are some that don't tip at all like the order I had for a 57" TV that I delivered to an apartment complex that was on the 3rd floor! They tipped me $0!!! Or all these one item orders like the scrunchies, who is gonna tip on an 2 dollar item? Noone! Walmart needs to step it up or they gonna find themselves with nobody to deliver.
