We’ve gone through so many chicharon brands already and we realized we’ve been sleeping on Tito Al’s Chicharon! A must try!

First of all, the bag is packedddd… filled to the top, no air packed. Others are halfway filled, sometimes stale and for $8, it’s not much. Secondly, the crunch and softness ratio of the meat and fat is on point! Okay, enough raving about these. Go try ‘em. They’re our favorite by far!

***SARI SARI SWEETS IDEA***

For all beginner bakers out there, this is what you can do with those homemade ube halaya (jam) you learned how to make last weekend.

1. Buy a box cake mix. We chose yellow to showcase the color of the ube.
2. Follow instructions on the box.
3. Add warmed ube halaya and swirl it in the batter with a toothpick.
4. Add more toppings if you want, we added chocolate chips in ours.
5. Bake according to the instructions in the box.
6. Viola! Instant UBE CAKE SWIRL!
