The L’s came to pick their Side of beef up today and as they were here and looking in their boxes this AWESOME Example of a Massive PRIME RIB (7 rib roast) had to have it’s picture taken!!! Love what we do to provide Beef like this!!! That’s 23 lbs yikes!!

It’s been a pure privilege these past 10 years and especially the last 4 1/2 in caring for my Mother. I’ve been truly blessed. She told me when my Father passed “It’s Life” and it definitely is but we will certainly miss her. Please bare with us these next couple of weeks in returning phone calls and scheduling to pick up beef for those waiting. Thank you for your understanding.

Our Wagner’s butcher shared this short rib recipe and says it’s delicious for any of you that has some QCF Short ribs in the freezer and not sure on how to cook them !

This Beef Ribs Recipe is so simple and delicious! The oven makes them perfectly tender and juicy while the spice rub and homemade BBQ sauce add bold flavors.

QCF Angus we are Sustainable Agriculture! Our Cows recycle. They eat the grass and produce the fertilizer to grow the grass! It’s the time of year the Cattle Barns bedding pack from the winter is spread on fields we cut for hay and Haylage to apply them with All Natural Fertilizer to help them grow.

Bringing in some of our QCF Momma cows and calves. Finally the weather cooperated and the larger ones were weaned. Heads up to our neighbors might be a little noisy the next few days 🥛🍼✖️
