It was a great day at the Texarkana Texarkana Farmers' Market ! A lot of vendors and a huge public turnout. I have a last minute deal to offer up! I have 4 eighteen count trays of 4 inch pots. 2 trays of mix vinca, 1 tray of mixed zinnias and 1 tray of red impatens. $20 gets an entire tray! Call or PM me!

About two weeks ago I posted that we had plants available. After giving everyone a chance at the plants, I thought why not put them on Market Place? I could not believe the response! Wow!Just WOW! Since we are getting ready for our next two markets, I took most of the post down!
We want to say thank you to everyone that came by and bought plants. And a big hello to all our new followers! Even though the post may be down just contact me if you need something else! We are gearing up for our next market and the plants have come alive! Some of the later hostas and hydrangeas are waking up also. The hostas and coral bells are really showing out! Contact us or come by this weekend. We will be here making that Mayhaw Jelly!
All hostas and coral bells are $7
Hydrangeas $10-$12
1 gal tree form Limelights (3ft-5ft) $25
Redbud trees. $12
Dogwood trees $12. (1gal, 1yr old)
Magnolia trees. $15. (2gal 2 yr old)

Saw this posted today in a backyard nursery group and I thought..yep! Plant people get it! Just the smell of peat moss takes me back 50 years. Dad had a backyard green house where he raised and sold tomatoes and pepper plants. To save money we potted them up in Kentucky Fried Chicken potato and coleslaw cups. And the cups didn't come from under the counter either! All the dogs would eat well after we went dumpster diving! Those were good
times!

I get asked a lot about the grafting process. I have been busy grafting, so I took a few pictures of the steps. Since I like having fingers and don't like emergency rooms, I use a "V" - cut grafting tool instead of a knife!! Comments on the steps are with each picture. Scott Conly

Hello everyone! Our first market will be next Friday (East Texas Meat Slingers) where we will have jelly and some plants. But! The plants are ready now! I will be out back grafting my mayhaw trees this weekend. If you see something you like in the pictures, stop by. Several varieties of hydrangeas and hostas! This year we have lime light hydrangeas! Also Phantoms! (Aka pink LL). I have 1gal standards for $12, 1 gal tree form $25 and right now only two of the 3 gal tree form left! 3 gal is $50. (Phantoms only in standard form) . And if familiar with a Chinese Pastache tree, only 3 left! If you need directions to our house,pm me. Please share away! Contact us or come on by tomorrow!
