Caution im harvesting a beef in video. That is a ram sheep in the pen its not a calf. And it was harvested a min after video ends.
I get asked what caliber I choose for harvesting animals. And my go to is a .22 magnum I shoot a 32 grain vmax bullet. On harder headed animals bulls, older cows, large sows and boars I like a 50 grain hollow point 22 magnum round.
In open pasture I prefer a 30-30 140 grain round.
