Coyote Ridge will be at the Hainesville Farmer's Market this weekend with duck eggs, jams n jellies, sour read bread and honey ! The market is located at 3513 FM 49, just east of FM 778. We open at 9am and close at 2pm.

The market has plenty of space indoors so the rain doesn't affect us much. See you there!

PICK YOUR OWN COMING SOON TO COYOTE RIDGE!

When someone says they grew that from seed, understand there is a whole lot more involved than just dropping seeds in a hole. 😂

Red and his crew put 800 tomatoe plants in the ground today, and he's not done. Peppers on the way. Okra, corn, squash will be started in ground. Green beans on the hog panel trellis.

Red has prepared 36 rows totalling over a mile of food producing plants. He upgraded from irrigation to drip and used the new toy to lay down plastic mulch.

Watch for us to announce the start of a pick it yourself season!

New toy, uh, I mean tool, for the farm. Planting, watering and maintenance simplified! I'm excited!

It's not a Rainflow, but it will work just fine for us. Now just waiting for the soil to dry so Red can get at it.

What's growing? Pomegranate, plums, peaches, green beans, hazelnut, watermelon, corn, bell peppers, banana, tomatillo, and a pile of chicks!

That does not count the jalapenos, sweet peppers, melon, squash, cucumbers and okra in the market garden.
