It’s Time to Stock the Freezer.🐂🐖🐓

❗️This Wednesday 8/28 thru Saturday 8/31, All ❄️FROZEN MEATS❄️ (excluding lamb) will be 20% OFF! If you’re cookin’ out this weekend or just needing a good re-stock, now is the time to shop❗️All of our frozen meats are what we consider a “fresh-freeze.” Meaning the moment the meat is cut and packaged it is put immediately into our deep freezer. This ensures our customers enjoy a freshly cut, quality product after thawing.

As many of you already know the Russell Family purchased Blalock Meat in April of 2022. Our family has been learning the meat processing business, developing a team of dedicated employees and investing in the facilities to provide the highest quality products for our customers. Our core values are to respect the customer, respect the livestock we process and respect each other as we work together.

We are excited to move forward as Blue Ridge Meats, Inc. to better reflect our location and establish a transparent relationship with the community as we strive to serve local farmers who raise their own beef, pork and lamb. We will continue to sell the Blalock Sausage that has been around since the plant first opened in 1957.

We value the long term relationships we have developed with vendors and customers over the years and look forward to continuing our excellent service to you. Please consider stopping by our new market in Clayton, The Farmstead Market where we feature local meats that we process, dairy products, gourmet snacks, artisan goods and many other locally sourced items.
