We are excited to share some spotlights on our team members that you get to interact with when you come to pick up or drop off. We are thankful for all of the crew at BRM and hope you enjoy getting to meet them when you visit! Joshua joined our team on July 22, 2025, and from day one, he has consistently shown what dedication, reliability, and a great attitude look like. He has not missed a day in his first year with us—and that commitment deserves to be celebrated.
Joshua plays a crucial role on our team, working on the labeling machine and serving as one of our last lines of quality control. His attention to detail, dependability, and willingness to show up every day ready to work make a real difference in what we do.
Joshua, thank you for being someone we can count on, for always showing up on time with a positive attitude, and for being such an important part of our team. We appreciate you and everything you bring to the table!

Thank you so much for your support of our family by shopping at The Farmstead Market. God must have known when He put it on our hearts to incorporate a compass in our logo as we have certainly had a lot of reorienting in business and in our family since we moved across the country to endeavor in agriculture as a family. We have experienced tremendous growth and loss as a family. We appreciate your support as we heal from the loss of Erica last year and continue to move forward in our vision to provide high quality dairy products.
