We have a Prosciutto wall!! Yes, we know we are known for our Parmigiano Reggiano wall, but we decided to mix it up as Pranzo will be featuring a variety of imported Italian meats straight from Italy. Italian antipasto boards are on the horizon. This photo was taken by myself high in the hills of Langhirano Italy in Parma on February 18, 2026. Pranzo update!! Early morning sheetrock delivery means that walls are being closed up. Things will start moving much quicker now and we will update you as things progress. Look for hopefully a mid June opening.
