Pesto marinated Mozzarella Balls. Hand breaded and fried to perfection. I guess you could say it’s the adult version of mozzarella sticks taken to another level.

Have you tried our Pinsa Romana a.k.a. Roman flatbread?  In addition to the Pinsa available on our dinner menu we will be running this beauty all day long. Crispy Pancetta, Broccolini and Spicy Tomato with Mozzarella and Pecorino Romano.  Should we expand our Pinsa selection to our lunch menu?

It’s that time of the year. We know a few people who have asked about getting their hands on our hot chili crisp oil and our hot sauce so of course we had to make some. Limited supplies available so come on in to Pranzo at 1000 Social St. Raleigh to get some.

When I was recently in Italy and visited my good friends at Acetaia Leonardi they gifted me with this beautiful bottle of cinnamon balsamic. Now that fall is right around the corner my debate is whether to use it to make an amazing cocktail or to incorporate it into an amazing dessert. Or maybe I should do both. I see a first day of fall special on the horizon # acetaialeonardi
