When you come from a long line of hog raisers and farmers, it’s only natural to aspire to become one yourself. Mike’s dream came true in 2004 when he started MAE Farm. With an educational background in agriculture, he’s been serving the Raleigh community delicious, farm-fresh foods like grass-fed beef, free-roam pork, cheese, dairy, eggs, and so much more. This work is his family’s passion, and it

shows in their dedication to offering natural and delicious solutions to the families that rely on them. That’s why he lets all his animals graze 13 acres of conserved land, aside from the fact that this also helps them taste better. Wow!! What an incredible experience we had at the Chef Showdown Finale!!! The NCRLA Chef Showdown | NC’s #1 Culinary & Mixology Competition team did such a fantastic job! We were so excited to see Chef Bobby McFarland and Chef Spyros Skellas there using our very own MAE Farm products in their dishes! And a huge congratulations to Bobby McFarland on the win!🏆 We also had the legendary Ran-Lew Dairy Milk Co., LLC stop by to say hello! What a night!!!

I purchased the red truck in August of 1994. We have had many adventures together. That truck helped me build and maintain MAE Farm. All of my children learned to drive on that truck. We brought Max home from the hospital in that truck. Tonight my son and his son took the red truck out to check on the cattle.
