With an educational background in agriculture, he’s been serving the Raleigh community delicious, farm-fresh foods like grass-fed beef, free-roam pork, cheese, dairy, eggs, and so much more. This work is his family’s passion, and it

shows in their dedication to offering natural and delicious solutions to the families that rely on them. That’s why he lets all his animals graze 13 acres of conserved land, aside from the fact that this also helps them taste better. I have studied health and nutrition my whole life. Over the years nutritional science has evolved and my metabolism has changed. I do not eat enough protein for my age and activity. I created a stew that has about 24 grams of protein per serving and a lower glycemic index. It is also gentle on the digestive system. One pound eye of round, 1/4 pound cooked bacon, one pound dry split peas, one pound parsnips, one pound carrots, one can French Onion soup, one can beef barley soup. Slow cooked all ingredients in crock pot. Meat and soup on high for two hours, added other ingredients and cooked low for four hours.
