This fall, Fountain Dining Hall is serving up 17 weeks of North Carolina flavor, with four rotating themes celebrating the tastes, traditions and stories that make our state so delicious.

From BBQ Belt classics and Coastal Carolina tastes to Farmland Favorites and the bold flavors of Urban Raleigh, every Friday brings something new to the display station.
