🥩 Memorial Day is coming up folks! Best time of the year the break out the grill, invite your friends and family over, and have a good ole fashioned cookout!

We will have house made sausages (Bratwurst, Mild Italian, Sun Dried Tomato), Butcher’s Burgers, Marinated Chicken, and compound butter to finish all of the beautiful cuts of meat y’all can get!

‼️ Tuesday 5/19 is the last day to place a butcher order in time for Memorial Day!! ‼️

Did you know we have a grocery side of our store? A lot of our regulars only stop by for some of our tasty sandwiches on the go and told us they didn’t even realize we did all that we do in our tiny spot!

Next time you stop by, take a look around! We are a full nose to tail butcher sourcing from local farms. We also make our pastas fresh in house -alongside our housemade sauces to go with them!

We always have something new and excited rotating around our cases, so take a break the next time you come in, ask us some questions, let our shop take you out of the real world for a second. We can’t wait to see you!!

🍻 We had our Staff Appreciation party yesterday and it was definitely one to remember! Top Golf was a blast, followed by some delicious food over at Gussies, and ending the night with our buddies over at Burial Beer.

Thank you, thank you, thank you, to all of our teammates working here, keeping this place open 7 days a week, giving excellent support to our guests, and making the Alimentari such a fun place to work at. ❤️
