Elk Rapids folks, we’re expanding our team! We’re hiring a sushi chef!

Responsibilities of the position:

- Inspect the quality of fruits, vegetables, and fish used to prepare sushi.

- Prepare various types of sushi.

- Maintain a clean work environment in order to prevent food contamination.

- Regularly take inventory of food supplies and other products.

This is a part-time position, but full-time is available with extra tasks in the Deli Department.

Rapid City and surrounding folks, if you’re looking for a budget-friendly treat, come get a pizza and dirty soda combo.

Our Deli works hard to offer a variety of pizza options including cheese, supreme, meat lovers, Margherita, and more.

You asked, we listened. The DIY Dirty Soda Bar is up and running! Not sure what to make? Check out our Michigan-inspired menu for inspiration!

We’re always looking for new ways to up our lunch game. If pizza isn’t your thing, check out our hot bar. The menu is different every day and is posted weekly on our socials and website. On top of that, we have a fresh salad bar and smoked meats/sandwiches.

What we’re trying to say is, there are plenty of options for the whole crew.

This Friday, we’re turning “maybe” into “must-have” at our Elk Rapids Seafood Sale.

We are now expanding our selection to locally-raised shrimp and land animals.

We’ll have a selection of:

🎣Local whitefish, walleye, and perch from John Cross Fisheries

🐟Fresh scallops, salmon, and tuna
