We are a family farm. We grow vegetables and herb and sell them through various outlets including the Hudson Farmer's Market.

Petroski Farm will not be at the Hudson Farmer's Market on Saturday, July 2, 2011. We will be back the following week on Saturday, July 9, 2011. See you then!

We were happy to be at the Hudson Farmer's Market Saturday, June 25, 2011 and to see some of our customers and friends from previous years. Right now we have herbs including lemon basil, catnip and dill. In the next month, we anticipate having tomatoes, peppers, zucchini, cucumbers, beans, radishes, lettuce, garlic, edamame beans and sweet corn.
