This week we’re excited to bring in If you’ve never tried biltong before, it’s a South African-style air dried jerky that’s packed with flavor and quickly becoming a favorite here in the States.

Dwayne has been in the butchering business since he was a teenager, and A&R Meats wouldn’t be where it is today without his vision, determination, and big dreams. Even after all these years, he’s still pushing forward every day with the goal of building Tehama County’s best butcher shop.

While he’s proud of everything A&R has become, his greatest pride is his family. If you asked him what means the most to him today, he’d tell you it’s watching his children grow, succeed, and build families of their own.

Today, we celebrate the man behind A&R—the hard work, the dedication, and the heart he puts into everything he does.
