NEW ITEM ALERT !!!

I was asked last year to make this item and I had no idea what it was but I got one of the ingredients that I had never heard of and then couldn’t get the eggplant🙄. So I got 8 lbs of eggplant yesterday and I have the
EGGPLANT CAPONATA in the water bath now, but not before I tried it and had 3 other taste testers and we all agree that it is amazing !!!

The kitchen is finally closed for today !! I have had a long busy day 😳😳. 49 pints of cinnamon pickles and 18 more pints of sweet potato pickles !! Let me know if you want some before they are gone 10 of the cinnamon pickles have already been claimed and I just took them out of the water bath 😳😳
