Tonight we close out another season of the Redmond Farmers Market, and honestly… we don’t want to say goodbye just yet.

So let’s have one really good Friday night together.

VENDOR SPOTLIGHT: SCHOOLHOUSE PRODUCE

Three seasons. Three years. And we’re so lucky to have had Schoolhouse Produce & Provisions with us every step of the way. ❤️

If you’ve been coming to the Redmond Farmers Market, chances are you know their booth and if you don’t, this Friday is the perfect time to stop by!

Schoolhouse brings an amazing selection of fresh produce from local farms and growers, along with all kinds of delicious surprises. And every once in a while, they’ll have those incredible pies and shortbread bars from Farmhouse Pies that are nearly impossible to walk past. 🥧🤤

They also occasionally bring special pop-up vendors to their booth, so you never quite know what local goodness you might discover!

And the best part? You don’t have to wait until next market season to shop Schoolhouse.

Their Redmond shop is open year-round and is packed with amazing local goods from local and organic produce to locally raised meats and eggs, breads, specialty foods, Central Oregon-made goodies, sweets, and so much more. They’re basically a little treasure trove of good food and local love. 🌽🍎🥖

This Friday, August 28th, we’re wrapping up another season of the Redmond Farmers Market and we want to send summer off with a BIG one!

Market Update:

After careful consideration, we have made the difficult decision to cancel tomorrow’s Redmond Farmers Market on Friday, July 24th.

With high AQI levels predicted and members of our market staff and vendor community located in Zones 2 & 3 of the Akawa Butte Fire, we feel that canceling tomorrow’s market is the safest decision for our community.

We know many of you look forward to Fridays at the market, and we don’t make the decision to cancel lightly. We are incredibly grateful for your understanding and support as we navigate these difficult circumstances.

Please also note: There will be no market on Friday, July 31st, as it is Deschutes County Fair week.

🌻 We’ll be back to our normal market schedule on Friday, August 7th🌻

Until then, please take care of yourselves, your families, and your neighbors. We are thinking of everyone impacted by the fires and are incredibly grateful for the firefighters, first responders, and everyone working to keep our communities safe. ❤️
