If you wanted our brats for your celebration, you should have ordered online. It's the surest way of getting it right to your doorstep.

We've got great things in the works. In the meantime, if you haven't yet, schedule us for your farm kill, fair kill, 4H, whatever. We'll deliver it almost anywhere you want. Until we perhaps build a new facility, stay keen on watching our social media, because great things are coming.

Also, so is salami. Even if the government wishes it weren't so.

Sorry folks, won't be able to make it to Ryan's today.

We just changed the oil cooler on my truck, but there are lots of little pesky hoses in between the radiator and the def system. This morning I repaired this one with a spare hose I had, and was going to be a little late, but as I drove I had two others fail.

It happens!

Second picture is what you should do with the chicken I get and sell. BBQ chicken, out of this world.

All you kill guys, don't make fun of me. This beef took me three hours. Been a few years, but necessity brings this out of me.

I am ready for hire. If you need animals in your freezer, please message me. I have immediate openings and will book Fall with deposits. Yes we are licensed. We can drop off to most butchers or do it ourselves for you. Maybe.

For folks without animals, we'll be at Ryan's tomorrow, so come grab your produce and meat for the big 250th! Sausages, steaks, burger, chicken and more.

Tomorrow from 10a until sold out or close, I will have a limited amount of sausages, whole chicken, beef tallow in quart jars, and some snack sticks/pepperoni. Maybe a few beef cuts.

I will be sampling salami that you can preorder online.

Italian, Kielbasa, Spicy Italian.
