Today, we're excited to share the next chapter of our family business.
Schapansky Sausage is becoming Poppy's Sausage.
While our name and look are changing, everything you love remains the same:

Why the new name?
"Poppy" is the nickname our family uses for Dale Schapansky, whose passion and recipe built this business. We wanted our brand to reflect the family story behind every package while honoring the legacy he started.
Over the coming weeks, you'll start seeing our new logo and new label in stores. Don't worry- the sausage inside is the same one you've known and loved.
