Thanks to our peach loving customers we are currently out of already picked peaches in the farm store!! Mary Kay is going to walk through the orchards this evening and we will let you know what is available!

Mary Kay and Sissy are happy to report that on Saturday they will be opening the Orchard for the U-Pick Victoria Peaches . These yellow freestone peaches are the last of this summer’s peaches so, come get them while they are available!!! Remember, you are at Vessey Orchards when you see the big white barn.

It’s apple season and the trees are full of beautiful apples and the orchards are filling up with our favorite customers!!! Also, we are excited to announce that we plan on pressing our first batch of apple c***r on September 12th!!!! We will keep you posted when it’s ready to purchase. We hope to be done in the early afternoon!!!!

Good evening. Hobo and Mary Kay took a few minutes off from the farm stand to survey the orchards and take in the river views. Our peaches are done until the next variety is ready. Currently, we have Jonagold apples ready for you to pick. Come get them while they last. We are closing soon but we will be open bright and early at 8:00 am tomorrow. Remember to drive all the way to the end of the lane.

Mary Kay visited the orchards early this morning and she reports that the peach trees have been picked clean. So we are sorry to report that we currently do not have pick your own peaches available. We do, however, have some already picked peaches at the stand. Hopefully our Victoria peaches will be ready soon so we can open up that orchard! U-Pick apples are abundant and we have lots of local produce and Sissy’s made-on-the farm preserves! Remember to drive all the way to the end of the lane!

We had a fun Sunday meeting customers who were camping nearby , traveling through from Montgomery County, Maryland or from the Eastern Shore of Virginia. We still have plenty of delicious peaches to pick or purchase at the farm store!!! We also have Blondee Apples which can be picked or purchased already picked. We open bright and early tomorrow morning at 8:00 am. We hope there will be a river breeze to help cool things down. 😀 Remember to drive all the way down the lane until you see the big white barn!
