Congratulations to David Brinton, owner of The Homestead B&B, on being the winner of the weekly Raffle basket! David won a basketful of goodies, all donations from the generous Vendors of the Rehoboth Beach Farmers’ Market, & including a new RBFM Market & Travel Bag, Mesh Produce Bags & an RBFM baseball hat.

Thank you Linda Ager for your “Let’s Do Italian” potting demonstration at the RBFM! At this time of the year, fresh local herbs such as lemon thyme, rosemary, basil, Italian parsley & even marigold are available at farmers’ markets & garden centers. Join us tomorrow, Tuesday, June 2nd at the Rehoboth Beach Farmers’ Market! We’ll be at Grove Park 10:00am- 2:00pm with 40 amazing Vendors ready to help you with all of your shopping needs. And we’ll have live music from the wonderful KERRY HALLETT, entertaining us with her beautiful vocals & playing her guitar! As a special treat, LINDA AGER, will be doing a “LET’S DO ITALIAN” potting demonstration, using several of the local herbs used in Italian cooking. A lucky patron will have a chance to win the finished pot! Demo starts at 10:30am.

The Rehoboth Beach Farmers’ Market will be open this TUESDAY, JUNE 2nd, 10:00am-2:00pm, rain or shine. And it looks like it’s going to be a beautiful day to visit the Market! The RBFM is located at Grove Park on Rehoboth Ave at the Circle, adjacent to the Visitor’s Center.

Come shop from our 40 Vendors, (listed below) offering everything from fresh produce, yummy baked goods, flowers, eggs, coffee, specialty teas, herbs, plants, oysters, meat & seafood, home decor, wellness & aromatherapy products & more!!! And be sure to come hungry, as you’ll want to sample all the delicious options for breakfast and/or lunch. You’ll find everything that you need at the Market! It truly is one-stop shopping!

*LINDA AGER, an RBFM board member & horticulturist, will be doing a potting presentation “LET’S COOK ITALIAN!” at 10:30am. Linda will be potting up several of the herbs used in Italian cooking and after the demonstration, a lucky patron will win the finished pot. You don’t want to miss this fun & informative presentation!

*This week a Market favorite, KERRY HALLETT, will be our musical guest! Grab breakfast, lunch, a snack or a beverage & listen to Kerry playing contemporary tunes on her guitar underneath the cool shade of the trees in Grove Park!

community. Volunteers from the CRC
will be on site every Tuesday at the
RBFM.

*Our weekly RAFFLE! Make sure to purchase your tickets. Winner is announced at Market closing, 2:00pm & you don’t have to be present to win. All proceeds benefit the RBFM.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT PARKING: parking restrictions are now in effect in Rehoboth. You must either pay the meters or have a parking pass. BUT DURING MARKET HOURS (10-2) PARKING WILL REMAIN FREE throughout the entire season on the following streets within a 2-block radius: Henlopen, Columbia, Sussex, Kent, Easton & Felton. Congratulations to Missi Postles, owner of EGG restaurant, a Rehoboth favorite, for being our lucky Raffle winner this week. And thank you Mike, for coming by & picking up all the goodies for Missi. All the winnings were donations from the generous Vendors of the RBFM, including a special pillow with a crab design from Totes of the Town. A new insulated Market Bag, Travel Tote & Produce Bags were also included.
