'Twas the night before Liberty Delight's Holiday Dinner Order Link closes. With options to pick up your roasts at our Farmers' Markets, our Corner Market or have it delivered while cozy in your house. Every creature was stirring preparing dinner for all the family and friends these holiday's. The Ham Roasts (bone-in or boneless) were ready for glazing. While the Standing Rib Roasts and Whole Beef Tenderloins marinated by the kitchenside. The Whole Turkey was stuffed while the Turkey Breast (bone-in or boneless) was wrapped tight.
Over the spit a Smoked Boneless Turkey Breast roasted.
The children were nestled all snug in their beds; While visions of Bone-In Pork Loin Roasts danced in their heads. Down the chimney St. Nicholas came with a bound and filled all the stockings with Legs of Lamb (bone-in or boneless) and even a Rack of Lamb! As he left I heard him exclaim —"Don't miss out and order your Holiday Dinner Now!"🎅

Looking for the perfect holiday dinner? Try out this delicious sweet holiday baked ham recipe!🎄

Ingredients
- 1 cup maple syrup
- 1 cup orange juice
- 1 cup ginger ale
- ½ cup brown sugar
- ½ cup honey
- 1 jar maraschino cherries, halved
- 1 (12 pound) fully-cooked, bone-in ham
- 1 large heat-resistant nylon oven bag
- 1 can pineapple slices in juice, drained
- 1 box round wooden toothpicks

Directions
1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).

2. Mix maple syrup, orange juice, ginger ale, brown sugar, and honey together in a medium bowl. Stir in juice from maraschino cherries, and 1/2 of the cherries.

3. Score the outer edge of the ham with a sharp knife in a diamond pattern.

4. Place ham into an oven bag, and carefully pour the juice mixture over it, keeping all of the juice in the bag. Place pineapple slices on top of ham, and secure with toothpicks. Place cherries into the center of pineapple rings, and secure with toothpicks also. Tie the end of the bag closed, place in a large roasting pan, and cut a few small slits in the top of the oven bag.

5. Bake ham for 2 hours in the preheated oven. The internal temperature should be 140 degrees F when done.

6. Remove ham from bag to a serving plate, and let stand for 10 minutes before carving.
