NEW SAUSAGE SPECIAL! Chorizo verde in the case this week!

A recipe inspired by a little butcher shop in Mercado d89 Coyoacán in Mexico City that Clint loves to visit.

Pork, spinach, jalapeños, cilantro, tons of spices, and a unique twist with toasted pepitas and almonds in the mix. Great grilled as a main, or scrambled with eggs.
