Here is a week's worth of meals I made for a client today. Chipotle shrimp with cilantro and brown rice, grilled tuna with sauce vierge and steamed vegetables, steaks au poivre with sofrito green beans, broiled lobster tails with prosciutto and mint peas, red bell pepper and grilled artichoke omelet, and red onion and asparagus omelet.
