Sorry for the hiatus, we have been busy welcoming our newest little "fun guy" into the world.
Markets are going to look at little different for us now that have added one more member to the team. That being said we are currently planning and getting ready for our next market season.
This summer we will be at the Valparaiso Market June- October and would like some feedback.
We currently grow Lionsmane, Oyster, and Shiitake mushrooms. Are there any other varieties you would like us to carry? Any other specialty produce or products? Any other suggestions in general? We are open to ideas and can't wait to see everyone at the beginning of market season.
