Ever thought to yourself on your way to work, when you're out to lunch or looking for a late night snack, "How good would a bacon sandwich be right now?" Inevitably, you don't have bacon in the fridge, you don't feel like going to the trouble of making bacon and then having to clean up or the worst of all worlds, you live with an anti-baconite. They must have been dropped on their heads as a kid.
Anyways, I digress. Bacon Sammies is the answer. Bacon sandwiches the way you want them. This isn't where you go to get a BLT, although you can get a darn good one here if you want one. This is the place to get a bacon sandwich made to order - you choose the type of bacon, the condiments, the toppings and the bread. Think of the burger places that are all over the place these days where you make your burger to order, except replace the meat patty with bacon. It's so simple, yet it's so good. Now Bacon Sammies is only an idea at this point, but I'm hopeful to make it reality very soon. Please feel free to express your opinions and suggestions here.
