I think it's important to remember that cattle are different sizes unless they come from very large herds finished the same. As an example below are 2 ribeyes from 2 different size animals. One weighs 10oz. (Most Americans prefer 12oz) and the other is 24 oz.
The next one would be, "how much for a half a cow?" That depends completely on how much that cows weighs and how well it converts to either hanging weight or packaged. Every individual is going to be different.
Buy by the pound, not by numbers of steaks or if it is a quarter or a half......!!!

We have about 30 lbs of nice ribeyes, 40 ish lbs of NY steaks (these are a little smaller this time) and just got 35 ish lbs of Chuck-eye steaks (which are much less expensive)
Ready to go out tomorrow or tues to arrive for 4th of July BBQ'S
