🌸 Join Hadleigh Morris, from Tender Florals and River City Flower Exchange to learn how to make a foam free centerpiece using flowers from the co-op’s ten local flower farms!

This event will be hosted at our location in Jackson Ward, 220 W Broad St, Richmond, VA on Wednesday September 23rd from 5:30 to 7 pm. We will be out on Lift Coffee Shop’s patio, which is connected to our flower market location.

Tickets are $98 and include your vessel, choice of seasonally available blooms, mechanics and step by step instruction.

We are a co-op of ten local flower farms that support environmentally friendly growing practices because we believe in responsible land stewardship. We wanted to highlight a selection of our talented designers and wholesale customers that create beauty with just their hands and locally grown blooms.

🍃 Artificial Intelligence is extremely energy wasteful. When you use it to create an image, it is akin to charging a phone to full power. Not only is this not creative. It’s taxing to our rapidly warming planet. Floristry should support the planet, not harm it.

It’s officially lisianthus season! Lisianthus, or Eustoma grandiflorum are stunning rose-like flowers that originate from the North American prairies. They have an amazing vase life (sometimes two weeks!) stems have multiple blooms and are always a show stopper for bouquets, centerpieces and more. Locally grown lisianthus is unmatched in color variety, stem length, amount of blooms and quality!

It’s our Summer CSA Week 3! We wanted to feature bright juicy colors for this extra hot week with monarda, salmon zinnias, lime feverfew, jewels of opar, eryngium, cosmos, mountain mint and sweet peas. Enjoy that soft fragrance by the comfort of your AC inside this weekend.

Delivery folks, be sure to leave your bucket out with fresh water & bring those bouquets inside as soon as possible.
