Every Friday we serve box lunches behind Islamic Society of Greater Richmond or ISGR and inside Globalmart's new location at 6326 Rigsby Road. Today's menu (October 21, 2016) Boneless Chicken Tikka on skewers with rice $2.50, Falafel $2.00. Salad (Regular & Fruit) $1.00 all in easy to carry boxes. Served with free fruit punch or lemonade

By the grace of Allah swt, we had Udhiya/Qurbani behind Globalmart's new location.

This year, we install new fence and area where Udhiya/Qurbani can be stored behind our new location.

Eid prayer at ISGR was 8:00 AM followed by Udhiya / Qurbani. One by one lambs were brought in a small area with utmost care that other lambs in the storage area will not see the sacrifice.

Just before last Ramadan, Globalmart moved to new location at 6326 Rigsby Road, Richmond VA 23226 which is the building on the other side of Islamic Society of Greater Richmond (ISGR). Since then we are trying to organize. We held our daily Suhr and Iftar in the new location, now trying to get ready for Eid-ul-Adha.

This year again we plan to have Eid-ul-Adha prayer at Islamic Society of Greater Richmond at 8:00 AM followed by sacrifice behind Globalmart. Eid-ul-Adha may start from Wednesday September 23, 2015 (http://www.fiqhcouncil.org/node/74) and Thursday September 24, 2015 according to moon sighting.
