So for me I guess the next step would naturally be to ask yourself... What the heck am I going to call my store... I saw everything from tent setups to the most expensive of food carts and food trucks... Considering I live paycheck to paycheck like everybody in this country... that I know... and knew that I could not afford to take another "loan" to get this going...I knew whatever I decided... It could not cost a ton... but I was willing to put in some blood sweat and beers😂... I mean tears...( honestly both...lol) I was amazed that you can turn this ...that you can pick up for under a thousand. ( 1st pic) into something like these...so cool!

So after sucking up some knowledge... And maybe a few drinks...lol😁... I thought it would be good to figure out what kind of dogs the people wanted and how I was going to set equipment up to handle that ...note: most of the cooking is done with steam tables and then your grill of course, so I thought it would be smart to get a menu together... And then try to design a steam table setup to fit my needs.

So I started my research on the internet like most people would these days... It didn't take me long to connect with Ben Wilson in Tennessee... In the world of making money... I don't think there's many people like him... He has done a tremendous amount of work with multiple tutorials explaining most of the ins and outs of the vending business... And he made all this knowledge free... I thought buying his book would give me an even better depth of knowledge in my new adventure...Boy was I right...( Knowledge IS power! ) Love you brother...Thank you!

There's way more ways to approach vending hotdogs than I ever knew... I can only suggest to do your research and follow your heart... And always keep time and money in the forefront...This can be done without giving you an ulcer...Smarter not harder!
