Eggs are officially being sold in the weekly Veggie Share again! Our new flock is now producing over 2 dozen eggs per day!

If you're looking for a convenient way to eat healthy, definitely consider signing up for the farm share where you receive a box of 6-8 different types of veggies, fruits, and herbs grown right here at Village Farm -- and choose to add on eggs and flowers when in season!

As Farmer Nathan takes the next step in life to start his own farm, we wanted to take a moment to extend our gratitude for the time, talent, and energy he has shared with Village Farm over the past 6 years.

As stewards of the land, farmers leave deep footprints wherever they go. During his tenure at Village Farm, Nathan has invested in building rich soil that will serve generations to come and has helped establish organic growing practices to nourish those in our community. He also helped develop educational programming that has shaped agricultural awareness and impacted healthy habits in the younger generation.

Nathan, we wish you the most happiness and success in this new life adventure. May your own farming pursuits feed many more bodies and souls in years to come!

It's officially the end of tomato season... but we are excited to have extended the season longer than ever before! An early harvest in March and last harvest this past week!

We are also harvetsing about 2 dozen eggs a day now from our new flock! Stay tuned as they will be released for sale in our weekly Vegetable Share!

Melons come in many shapes, sizes, and colors at Village Farm! This week we are harvesting :

○ Arava Melon - muskmelon similar color to honeydew
○ Korean Melon - bright yellow striped skin, crunchy flesh and sweet around the seeds (all parts are edible!)
○ Armenian Cucumbers - technically a muskmelon, but definitely taste like a cucumber
