Quick Drop Biscuits *Preheat 400*Bake 20-25 minutes
Makes 12 - 15 depending on size

2 1/2 cups self rising, all purpose flour
1 Tbsp sugar
2 Tbsp cold butter, cut into small pieces
1 1/2 - 2 cups cold milk

Preheat oven.
Lightly grease pan/cookie sheet with oil & set aside.
Sift together flour and sugar.
Add butter and toss to coat with flour.
Add milk and mix until all flour is incorporated.
Use an ice cream scoop to measure out onto pan/cookie sheet.

Use any kind of liquid you prefer or have on hand ... even water. I prefer goat milk, heavy cream or butter milk because of the high fat content. The batter should be thick but loose enough to run off a spoon when inverted.
