Had a fantastic time talking cheese and wine with Diane and Warren at the Kitchen Classroom! (Even got to use a microphone and now wonder if I should always have one on my person.) Then back at the shop for a cheese consult with a couple planning a party! Love advising on selection and giving pointers on how to plate the cheese when you take it home.
