We’re at the shop today until noon.

The shop will be closed for the rest of the week, but we’ll keep the self-serve stocked and ready. We’ll be back to our regular business hours on June 9th!

We also have ½ beef available if anyone is interested. This can be split into two quarters as well. Message us for details!

Happy Memorial Day weekend! 🇺🇸 We are getting stocked with all your grilling and picnic needs!

We will have FRESH cut Delmonicos, NY strips, fillets, and fresh hamburger!! 🔥

Cooler will also be stocked with Baby back ribs, Chicken wings and Chicken quarters!!

We also stocked up on 1/2 lb and 1/4 lb burger patties!

Saturday 9–12
Sunday self serve, as well as after hours!

🥩Locally raised Black Angus Beef!

$5.00/lb based on hanging weight. Half typically weighs 400lbs - 450lbs

Beef can be ordered by quarters, half or whole.

All beef will be cut to your specification, wrapped, frozen, and boxed prior to pick up!

Additional fees that Apply per 1/2 cow.
$50/harvest fee
$25/ box & dump fee.

We are a USDA inspected facility.

Freezer is stocked with all your favorites!

AND I just made a fresh batch of our handmade tallow cream 🤍 Made with love in small batches using suet tallow, jojoba oil, and infused with vanilla bean.

Shop hours:
Friday: 8am–12pm
Saturday: 9am–12pm
