Doing this every week makes me so happy inside!
We have a rule if you eat in all week then you can have Mexican on Sundays after church! It also lets the kids know what they can lay out when they get home to help me too!

Tonight’s meal was tator tot casserole! With cream corn and a can of rolls. Super easy and quick. My kids won’t eat it if the tator tots aren’t smushed up so I add a pick of that In the comments.
