Here's a great slow-cooker recipe using our chicken.

Ingredients:
✔️2 pounds boneless skinless chicken thighs
✔️1 cups BBQ teriyaki sauce
✔️16 ounces frozen stir fry vegetables
✔️3 ramen noodle packages, seasoning discarded
✔️2 cups water

Steps:
✔️Sauce the chicken: Lay 2 pounds boneless skinless chicken thighs in the bottom of the slow cooker and pour 1 cups BBQ teriyaki sauce over the top. Turn the thighs a few times so they are well coated.
✔️Cook low and slow: Cover and cook on LOW until the chicken is tender and pulls apart easily.
✔️Add the vegetables: Stir 16 ounces frozen stir fry vegetables into the pot right on top of the chicken. Cover and keep cooking on LOW until the veggies are heated through and crisp-tender.
✔️Shred the chicken: Pull the thighs out (or shred right in the pot) with two forks, then stir the shredded chicken back through the sauce and veggies.
✔️Cook the noodles: Discard the seasoning packets. Cook 3 ramen noodle packages, seasoning discarded in 2 cups water of boiling water just until loosened, about 3 minutes, then drain most of the liquid.
✔️Combine and finish: Add the drained noodles to the crock pot and toss everything together.
